Author: Simeon Ash
Simeon Ash was in his time one of the executive servers
of the Presbyterian Church. He followed his training in the
Emmanuel College in Cambridge and started as a preacher in
Staffordshire, United Kingdom and so he went on to become
a curate of the Earl of Manchester and curate in the Army
(1642).
He became well-known due to his nomination as ' Westminster
Assembly of Divines" , a meeting assigned by the Parlement
to reconstruct the Church of England. Up to his death in 1662
he served in London.
Book: In a sermon dedicated
to 'The House of Commons' (the Lower House) he used God’s
name several times.
