City: Brussels is the capital of Belgium. It is a city with much to offer in the area of old buildings, museums and tourist attractions. That is why the city profiles itself as the ‘city of art’. The city is also a multicultural. Here are living a variety of ethnic cultures and living styles together. Alone in the area of Elsene, one of the 19 boroughs of the Brussels-capital region, are no less than 169 different nationalities recorded. Consequently, there are also many cultural and historic places to be. In connection with God's name goes our attention to the following church.

Building: Onze-Lieve-Vrouw van Goede Bijstandkerk

This baroque church was built in 1694. After only one year it was badly damaged during the bombardment of 1695. The roof, the dome and furniture had to be repaired (1696-1699). The church underwent various restorations during the 19th and 20th century.

Object: Inside the churches were cloths with text, including Hebrew. On the blue cloth was God's name written twice. The text was also explained through boards.
