Trégarvan - église St. Budoc

City: Trégarvan is also called "the Pearl of the Aulne". The Aulne is a river in Brittany, France. The name is derived from the Breton word "treb" meaning village and "Garvan” meaning watercourse. This is a small village, there are approximately only 138 inhabitants (2007).


Building: The local church is the St. Budoc church. It was built in the 16th century. There was a partial reconstruction at the beginning of the 18th century.

 

Object: Inside God's name can be seen on an altar.
