In the church there are more than 100 paintings, presenting
Biblical scenes. The paintings were mainly made between 1695
and 1698 by Konrad Schüler, Johann Brusz and Henning Fischer.
He used the ‘Sternschen’ Bible of 1672 for his source
information. The pictures to the southern side present scenes
from the Old Testament. The pictures to the north present scenes
from the New Testament. On two of these paintings God's name
is written. The very first painting, and in addition the first
one with God's name, is named “The Creation - Genesis
1:1”. Also the Tetragrammaton can be seen on a second
painting
